Highlights of the Trip

The journey begins with an overnight drive from Delhi, where you board your bus from Kashmere Gate or Majnu Ka Tilla. After winding through scenic valleys and winding roads, you’ll wake up to the cool mountain air of Manali.

Once in Manali, you’ll be welcomed by the region’s unique blend of spirituality and natural beauty. One of the first stops is the Hadimba Temple, an ancient wooden shrine set amidst towering deodar trees. From there, you’ll wander through Old Manali, known for its laid-back vibe, cosy cafés, and rustic charm. Don’t miss out on the Museum of Himachal Culture & Folk Art, Van Vihar, and the Club House, each offering a slice of local life and culture.

In the evening, Mall Road comes alive with its lively atmosphere, local shops, and street food, making it a great spot to soak in the town’s energy and pick up some souvenirs.

No trip to Manali is complete without a day at Solang Valley. This adventure playground offers a range of thrilling activities, including paragliding, skiing, ziplining, yak riding, and quad biking (optional and available on-site). You’ll also visit the incredible Atal Tunnel, one of the longest high-altitude tunnels in the world, connecting Manali to the remote Lahaul region.

The next day, you can take a trip to the Kullu Valley, where you can opt for river rafting on the Beas River or paragliding over lush green valleys (optional activities). It’s a breathtaking way to experience the raw beauty of Himachal.

After days filled with exploration and adventure, the trip concludes with a relaxed return to Delhi, carrying memories of snow-capped peaks, vibrant local culture, and the thrill of the great outdoors!
